Pinnacle has reported on the upcoming release and the official version is largely as we have described it in previous articles. However, it contains some changes that were introduced after the public comment date passed. These include a new annual format 7, which provides history and forecast information, and a change to format 3 where the monthly baseline change row is no longer "grayed out."
DOD’s Performance Assessment and Route Cause Analysis (PARCA) organization developed a training package that includes an overview of the DID on a format by format basis. It also provides an overview of the PARCA organization. Click here to view the IPMR Training by PARCA.
