Pinnacle’s New EVM and EPM Projects and Clients

Many clients have recently engaged Pinnacle to assist in refining their Earned Value Management processes and to update their Earned Value Management System toolset. Specific clients have selected Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra and Deltek wInsight as their new EVM toolset. The EVMS will be integrated with SAP to gather actual costs.

In addition to training development and delivery, Pinnacle will be working with their clients to build an EVM Process Asset Library to provide ongoing support to all the staff involved in EVM.
