In the Public sector and Private sector, Pinnacle often uses Deltek Cobra as part of an Earned Value Management System.  In all cases Cobra must be integrated a scheduling tool: Microsoft Project (MSP), Microsoft Project Server or often Oracle Primavera.

The Microsoft Office Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution is a collaborative project and portfolio environment based on Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server.  The entire solution is commonly referred to as "MS Project Server".

Pinnacle has been guiding and assisting our clients in implementing and improving Enterprise Project Management Offices (ePMOs) for over 25 years. 

Pinnacle has implemented a number of Integrated Project Management systems using Deltek Costpoint, a Project oriented ERP System, to provide project performance analysis.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has published the exposure draft of the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide, Best Practices for Project Schedules. This is a companion to the GAO Cost Estimating Guide and will be used as both a best practices guide for scheduling across agencies, as well as a tool for GAO auditors to use to independently assess the adequacy and effectiveness of project schedules.
