Our team provided the vision, leadership and experience to make Earned Value Management (EVM) a core business strength for Bell, resulting in the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) restoring Bell's EVMS certification in early 2009. Bell had been de-certified in early 2006, just before deploying a new Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Pinnacle implemented new software tools, integrated disparate business systems, developed enhanced business processes, including a new System Description, and trained hundreds of users across the organization. In the DoD Report to Congress on EVM 2009 Bell Helicopter was singled out as a groundbreaking success story.
